Un grupo de jóvenes emprendedores canarios, especializados en el sector audiovisual y con ayuda de una ONG internacional, han decidido realizar el docu-ficción “SOS: GENERACIÓN SIN EMPLEO”.

En este docu-ficción analizarán la elevada tasa de desempleo juvenil que hay Canarias (70%) con sus verdaderos protagonistas: jóvenes desempleados, colectivos juveniles, empresarios, representantes políticos, couch juvenil, coordinadora de creación de empresa de la Cámara de Comercio y profesora de escuela de taller del Inem. Todos ellos para contar con una representación amplia de la sociedad a base de testimonios.

En la ficción mostraremos como era la vida de un joven antes de que comenzara la crisis, una vida normal, en la que tenía una solvencia económica suficientemente grande para independizarse. Pero después de los sucesos acontecidos en España en estos últimos cinco años, su vida se basa en una situación de desempleo, por la cual tiene que volver a la casa de sus padres. Para esto contaremos con la colaboración especial de actores como Carmelo Alcántara, Paqui Suáres y los jóvenes promesa Ester Alejo Díaz y Jordan Ojeda Rodríguez.

Un documental que se funde con la ficción y que no dejará indiferente a nadie, tanto jóvenes como adultos, independientemente de la condición ideológica.

El Centro Intercultural Ideas de Colores (CIIC), una ONG, enfocada a dar servicios asistenciales, especializada en acciones culturales y socioeducativas, de movilidad internacional y proyectos europeos, cuyo fin es facilitar a colectivos de personas jóvenes y adultas, organismos públicos y entidades privadas el acceso a iniciativas y programas de ámbito local, nacional y de la Unión Europea, gracias a una completa oferta de servicios de apoyo, promoción y desarrollo de proyectos.

Actualmente contamos con voluntarios locales y europeos, acogidos mediante el Servicio de Voluntariado Europeo (SVE) que trabajan en nuestra organización para hacer que cada día crezca más y mejor.

EVS for global understanding is a project that includes 30 EVS mobility between 6 and 10 months with the Europe-Asia dimension. This project is an attempt to combat poverty, social exclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, and at risk of social and economic exclusion. This will be done through education that volunteers will provide. By offering the education that will contribute to the development of the local society, participation, and in the long term basis to eradicate poverty, improvement of the health, eliminating illiteracy, and gender equality the project will influence the development in general.

Two CIIC volunteers – Lucia from Slovakia and Tomek from Poland and two members of CIIC – Javier from Spain and Kriss from Lithuania (as a trainer) have been participating in the EUROMED training in Jericho, Palestine, organized by Juzoor for Health and Social Development – International youth Training Course project entitled “Arab Spring Also Available in 2013”. The launching ceremony was presented by Dr Salwa Najjab – Director of Juzoor, Absal Nussiebeh – Head of International Department of the Higher Council for Youth and Sport in Palestine, and Dr Izzat Ayyoub – Task Manager from the European Commission Delegation in Jerusalem.

Firstly we presented our European Voluntary service, the main idea of EVS, goals, tasks and all important informations. To evaluate year 2012, it has been an year full of discussions about Erasmus Exchange program; the program which is one of the most widely known in the world. We celebrated the 25th anniversary of Erasmus program in Europe. More than 2,5 millions of young people have had an opportunity to travel abroad through Erasmus. Such an experience have changed their lives, they have become more open-minded, flexible and modern Europeans.
